From the U.K, Phil started training in Muay Thai and boxing in 1996. After spending several years living in Bangkok he achieved a no. 3 ranking at Rajadamnern Stadium in the 154lb division. Phil has been in Hong Kong since 2010.

From South Africa, Quinton came to Hong Kong in 2008 after a few years living in Japan as a professional MMA fighter. A Brazilian Jiu-jitsu black-belt he has almost one hundred fights under his belt over multiple disciplines.

Hong Kong born Michael has been training in Muay Thai and boxing since 2010. He has won multiple local and Asian titles.
